1.2 Donate Car To Veterans is a brand owned and operated by Cazab Corp. Donated vehicles are processed by Charity Auto Donation, a vehicle processor contracted on behalf of the charity.
SECTION 2 - How We Use and Collect Your Information
2.1 When you visit our Site, we may collect personal identification information from Users in a variety of ways, including, but not limited to, when Users visit our Site, fill out a donation form, and in connection with other activities, services, features or resources we make available on our Site. Users may be asked for, as appropriate, name, email address, mailing address, phone number, and vehicle details. Users may, however, visit our Site anonymously. We will collect personal identification information from Users only if they voluntarily submit such information to us. Users can always refuse to supply personal identification information, except that it may prevent them from engaging in certain Site-related activities.
2.2 When you browse our Site, we also automatically receive your computer's Internet protocol (IP) address in order to provide us with information that helps us learn about your browser and operating system.
2.3 Our Site may use “cookies” to enhance User experience. User's web browser places cookies on their hard drive for record-keeping purposes and sometimes to track information about them. User may choose to set their web browser to refuse cookies, or to alert you when cookies are being sent. If they do so, note that some parts of the Site may not function properly.

Your contact information, vehicle information, and sale information is shared with our charities, as you are agreeing to donate your vehicle to their cause. We may share generic aggregated demographic information not linked to any personal identification information regarding visitors and users with our business partners, trusted affiliates and advertisers for the purposes outlined above.
2.6 If a Donor's vehicle sells for more than $500 then an IRS form 1098-C will be provided to the Donor only if the donor provides Donate Car To Veterans with their Social Security Number (SSN). Donor's SSN is required by the IRS's tax law for vehicle donations, and for donors to receive a tax deduction greater than $500. Donate Car To Veterans protects the privacy of donors. Donor information is not given to any organization except the IRS, as required by law, and the donor-designated charity. Donor names and addresses, excluding Social Security Numbers, are shared with the donor-designated charity.
SECTION 3 - Consent
3.1 When you provide us with personal information to complete a donation we imply that you consent to our collecting it and using it for that specific reason only.
3.2 If we ask for your personal information for a secondary reason, like marketing, we will either ask you directly for your express consent, or provide you with an opportunity to say no.
3.3 If after you opt-in, you change your mind, you may withdraw your consent for us at any time, by contacting us at info@charityautodonation.org.
SECTION 4 - Age of Consent
4.1 By using this Site, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence.
4.2 Protecting the privacy of the very young is especially important. For that reason, we never collect or maintain information at our Site from those we actually know are under 13, and no part of our Site is structured to attract anyone under 13.
